Role Description:
Join our team at Kanazeh Lawn Service as a Hardscape Crew Member, where your expertise in hardscaping and operating machinery will shine. As part of our team, you'll bring outdoor spaces to life with precision and skill, working on projects such as patios, outdoor kitchens, and retaining walls. Utilizing your carpentry skills, you'll contribute to construction-style projects with accuracy and attention to detail. Required Qualifications:
●     Previous experience in hardscaping and operating machinery, particularly skid steers, is required.
●     Carpentry experience is preferred, with demonstrated proficiency in construction-style projects.
●     Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
●     Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
●     Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
●     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Responsibilities at Kanazeh Lawn Service include:
●     Execute hardscaping projects including patios, outdoor kitchens, and retaining walls with precision and expertise.
●     Safely operate machinery, particularly skid steers, to enhance project efficiency.
●     Utilize carpentry skills for construction-style projects, ensuring accuracy in measurements and cuts.
●     Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results on every project.
●     Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
●     Assist with other services such as spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter, as needed.
 
Hours:
●     Work hours may vary based on seasonal changes, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
 
Benefits Include:
●     This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
●     Transition to W2 employment may be considered in the future, based on company policies and regulations.
●     Salary range for this position is $18 - $24 per hour.
●     Annual bonuses and paid time off are available based on tenure.
●     Additional services provided by our company include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
